At our practice, your individualized care begins at our first contact. Mental health is approached with evidence-based therapy techniques blended with lived experiences and curated knowledge. Each session is intentional, allowing you to explore reoccurring themes, topics of interest, and desired areas of growth.

Our methodology leans into mindfulness, solution focused therapy, behavioral therapy, collaborative therapy, and more. These techniques are used to teach new skill sets and coping skills which can empower you to navigate life’s complexities with more ease and create the experience you want for your future self.

Meet the Founder

I’m Angela, a marriage and family therapist licensed by the state of Massachusetts. I completed my Master of Education in 2016. Wellness From Within Counseling LLC was founded in 2021 because I love what I do and wanted more autonomy with my schedule and caseload. Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a diverse group of individuals and couples in terms of age, race, ethnicity, economic status, gender, and sexual orientation. These experiences have continued to shape my therapeutic approaches, allowing me to grow and learn in ways that extend beyond continuing education courses. I lean into mindfulness often along with other evidence based techniques. I always start the therapeutic relationship with a goal of creating a space that feels safe and comforting. It’s also tremendously important to me to provide additional resources whether it’s an article, book, video, or even a relevant social media post. Being intentional throughout the therapeutic journey is what helps facilitate growth and change in your journey.
